Cancellation

If you order a firestick from us we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped.

- If the order is an IPTV subscription, cancellation can be done only before we set up your account and send you your credentials or before the due date or expiration date. If account has been set up, and credits added to your account, unfortunately we cannot produce a refund. You will just need to cancel the subscription and use the service up to your cancellation date.

Returns

All sales are final on subscription. We do not accept return or refund. Subscription to our service is a month to month. If you are not satisfy just cancel your subscription via Paypal. You will still have a month to review our service and if you decide to keep it, just reactivate your subscription. If you order a firestick from us you have the right to apply for return within 14 days after you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In the event you want to return an item, you are responsible for the shipping cost. We will only refund the cost of the item minus the shipping cost we paid to sent it to you. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will let you know if your return item is eligible for a refund. If your order is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days according to the processing company.
